Individualized tour cost estimates follow. The estimates are divided into three basic categories:  Fuel, Lodging, and Meals.  The method for deriving the estimates for each category is listed below:

• The Fuel Cost estimate is based a 3000 mile round trip, and our traveling roughly 300 miles per tank (10 fill ups)
  
  
• The Lodging per Day estimate is based on the actual daily rates at a modest hotel (like Days Inn) in each city along our route of travel.
  
  
• The Meal Expense estimate is a loose estimate as it is difficult to predict how much a single individual will consume. There are 3 options for the meal expense estimate.  The average of the three meal options is used as the input for the total individual cost estimate.
